The staff, especially Hiroshi at the front desk and Ryoko the concierge, went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. The location was convenient, with various dining options within walking distance and a shuttle bus to Nagoya Station. The Castle Fitness Club was a great way to unwind after a day of exploring. I highly recommend this hotel for its great view, good location, and personable service.
